Friend (n): a person attached to another by feelings of affection
It sounds so simple
These feelings of affection
Like there’s not much to it
But isn't there?
They come into your life
You can’t help but trust them
And you never expect them to leave
But don’t they?
Friends for almost three years
But then out the door you walked
We saved each other’s lives
Didn't we?
Best friends through thick and thin
We had a rocky beginning
But then it all smoothed over
Didn't it?
One little thing happens
You don’t trust me enough to ask the truth
You go to him instead, he who hates me
Doesn't he?
These feelings of affection have been replaced with something else
We've thrown each other away
We've cut each other off
But why?
I miss telling you everything
I miss you telling me everything
Now you just tell each other everything
I've been left out of the equation
One plus one plus one minus one
It equals two if you do the math right
And I’m just that little one
Left out of your equation
But even through all of this
I’ll always be there
For both of you
But isn't that just my way?
Caring too much for the people who hurt me
They throw me away
And yet I’m still willing to help
But will they let me?
Am I just trying too much?
Will this even help?
I can't deal with anymore pain
I'm not willing to say hello if there's going to be another goodbye.

Dramione Chapter 4
Draco Malfoy
My dream self is caught up in a hurricane of unwanted memories. Voldemort's face flashes into view and back out again, taunting me. I can hear Aunt Bellatrix's psychotic laugh dancing in circles around me. Dumbledore's voice floods my dream, "Draco, years ago I met a boy who made all the wrong choices. Please, let me help you."
I shoot up in the bed, breathing heavily and still shaking off the dream. My eyes adjust to the darkness to see Crookshanks sitting at the end of the bed watching me. I look over to my left to see Hermione asleep next to me. I slide out of bed and lock myself in the bathroom. I splash my face wit

Draco and Hermione Chapter 1
Hermione sat, fiddling with her new Head Girl badge, as she was waiting to see who the new Head Boy was. Over the summer she received a letter from Professor McGonagall, who had taken position of Headmaster at Hogwarts after Voldemort was defeated a year ago, asking her if she would like to finish her studies and finish her seventh year as Head Girl of Hogwarts. She immediately took the opportunity. Ron and Harry had both received letters giving the same opportunity to complete their studies but they declined both not wanting to go back after everything that had happened. Hermione felt a ping of sadness as she wished they

Dramione Drabble
Today had not been Hermione Grangers day. First, at breakfast, Ron had spilt his pumpkin juice all over her favorite sweater. Then Seamus had burnt he potions essay beyond recognition while practicing a water summoning spell. A WATER summoning spell. Hermione had been so busy helping harry understand his Charms assignment she hadn't had time to rewrite it and Sanpe had chewed her out. After that Trelawney had made a fool of her in Divination again, the whole Slytherin table and a few Gryffindor's laughed their arses off. Let's just say it was turning out to be, quit the day.
Now after dinner, she was on her way to the astronomy tower, la
